Freight Policy
- All prices quoted in this document are Including Tax/GST in AUD currency.
- This policy only applies to orders dispatched from Infortechs warehouse.
- Best effort to dispatch orders for international and air freight urgent shipping are to be placed by Friday of every week by 10:30am AEST to meet international Airline shipping deadline.
- Contact Infortech Distribution for other delivery options for the Domestic & international region services (chargeable service).
- All oversize and overweight items (over 30KG) will be charged freight according to freight transport companies quoted charges before shipping (e.g. all racks certain UPS devices, etc..)
- Web orders with products requiring freight charges by sender will be put into a hold status and the reseller will be notified of the chargeable amount quoted by freight transport company.
- Electronic products such as software licenses and selected warranties do not incur a freight charge. Freight is not charged on orders marked as collect requested by customer. These orders need to be collected between 9am 4pm; Mon to Fri (excluding public holidays).
- Special freight arrangements can be organised on a case by case basis with each individual business account.
